Customize pulse signal in Arduino (Matlab Data)


I have inquiry regarding signal can be import/used in Arduino. Currently, project that I’m conducting required me to use customize signal for transmission (Tx) instead conventional sinewave, sawtooth, LFM and etc.The reason is to observe the characteristic of each echo when using different signal during transmission.

Some information on my signal
-Maximum amplitude is ±1V Analog signal
-It has envelope pattern, where amplitude decay over time
-Duration is 3ms
-Data available in matrix (Matlab)

I will be very happy if someone can advise me on this inquiry

Negative voltage means this is a complete non-starter on Arduino.

You'll have to be a little more detailed if you want anyone to be able to figure out what you're doing. You talk about Tx and then describe waves. Then you talk about an "echo". What echo?
Echo from where? Imagine for a minute that none of us have been standing there with you while you came up with this and explain it like we have never seen your project.

The Arduino cannot directly generate any signal other than 5V (or 3.3V) pulses.

Additional circuitry is required to generate other types of signals.
