I need to have a customized Arduino board(Mega) for one of my project. anyone know about cost effective reliable manufacture (for prototypes and less quantities) ?

I've done 2560 designs done also but not posted pictures. I have a customized footprint with slightly thinner pads that will pass manufacturability checks for solder mask application.
I use cbas-usa.com in CA to assemble them, am not good myself at placing parts with very small pin pitches on the pads for reflow soldering.
