Cutted pins on Mega 2560 and how to connect them

Hello,
I research Mega 2560 and more good pins on ATmega2560 are cutted. Arduino cut 1 PWM, 2 interrupts, all 4 input capture and more other digital I/O pins. How do I directly connect to input capture for example?

You could do some precision soldering with magnet wire.

MegaCore has variant files to use all pins of the ATmega2560:

note that the pin mapping is different so the pin numbers marked on the silscreen of your Mega 2560 would no longer apply when using that variant.

Nice. Thank you very much.

Has anyone seen a mass produced board that breaks out all the pins on the atmega2560? There are those Meduino things on ebay, but those look like they only bring out what the mega2560 did.

I think this Inhaos Mega2560-CORE has all pins routed to headers. Datasheet.
They have a nice prototype board for that module too.
The shipping was fast, two weeks to Germany IIRC.

Older thread with pictures about that board (German).
