How can I interface this Real Time Clock (http://www.rigelcorp.com/__doc/8051/DS1685-87.pdf) with my arduino?
Or, if you want low cost you can use the DS1307. It needs 2 wires for communication, one 32K crystal, and battery to keep running. I got a few a while ago and they're easy to use.
