This guy published this cool explanation of a transistor here and implies in that link that there more in the series.
But I can't find any more on the site, and he hasn't responded to my email.... anyone know if he published more such simple "not" datasheets?

Daniel replied to my email, and Alas! he hasn't done any more non-datasheets, the project's on the back-burner for now.
