Dashboards keep disapearing

Hi,

Newbie here.

I created a dashboard monitoring 3 temperature/humidity sensors. Works 100% and values are populating as expected.

The problem.

I created 2 "Advanced charts". 1 for the 3 temp values and 1 for 3 humidity values. Works great and refreshes as expected. I can also navigate to the rest of the menu items in the IoT cloud. When I however close the webpage and then go back into it the charts on the dashboard disappears and I have to recreate them. I am running the latest Firefox browser, but this has also happened on Edge.

Any idea how I can fix this? It's quite annoying rebuilding the charts every time.

thank you reaching out us in the forum.
What you are describing is due to a bug on the UI that allows a user with a free plan to add a premium widget in the dashboard like the Advance Chart.
If you want to add and save a Chart you need to upgrade you plan or simply add a Chart Widget.

Thank you for your response @aemireni , I am on the "Entry" plan not the free plan.

Which plan must you have for this not to be a problem?

if you want to add an Advance Chart widget you need a Maker plan.
You can find all the informations in the dedicated Arduino Cloud Plan page.
