Data does not change

Good afternoon. There is an ESP 32-C3-DevkitC board, an ADC is connected to it - BH45B1225v110, and a strain gauge sensor is connected to it (for Zemik L6d scales), but when reading data from the ADC, the data from the strain gauge does not change. Can you help me figure out the problem?
