Data logging coordinates

Hi. I'm making a robot that will move across a room and will save every coordinate of the path it has taken and use that coordinates so that it wont the same location twice. I researched about decawave dwm1000 and its pretty not fully functional in terms of codes.

Any idea guys for the indoor positioning and how will the code looks like. Thanks

The best that I ever managed, albeit with a Lego Technic system rather than an Arduino, was to count wheel rotations, or part of, and dead reckoning. I was attempting to use the robot to map the perimeter of a room rather than noting the path taken but the results were rubbish at best.

Wheel slippage, differences in wheel speeds etc made the system very unreliable.

Yeah i think of that too.
