Data Sonification using arduino

Hi Everyone,

I am new to arduino, and for a research project I would like to use it as sonification device, where sound is produced when a cube is picked up. There will be three weights, associated to 3 different sounds, so I thought to control the randomisation and the timing of the experiment in Psychopy.

I read online that it is possible to map audio to sensor data, but I an not sure what would be the simpliest course of action to do so?

Are you trying to build a weighing device that gives a sound depending on the measured weight?
How will you measure weight?
How will you make a sound?
This project could be done with a servo and a piezo speaker.
But why would you need a randomization of your experiment in psychopy? I have no clue what that might be. And today I am too lazy to look it up for you...
