Dataformst from wireless thermo-hygro from TFA

I have a weatherstation, Meteoscan Pro 923, a copy of the Honeywell TE923W.
I try to make my own monitor with TFT-display, a wireless RX, TFT-screen and arduino Due.
The censor for thermo-hydro is from TFA, type 30.3245.02, but other censors can be used.

I can decode the date coded in manchester protocol, but can't find out how the data is organized.

Has someone found the solution?
