Does anyone have any expirience with these steppers? Are they reliable and how much weight can they pull? Can they work ~6hrs per day?

I don't have personal experience with that stepper motor.
It's very very cheap and I suspect it's not built for industrial or continuous work shifts.
But you never know; it comes with a gear reduction so - if you are happy with the max speed, which will be pretty low - it might work for your purpose which we don't know.
