Dear Sirs,
I have a small 6V, DC , brushed motor and are forced to feeds of 12 V.
A microcontroller system (UNO) and a bridge in H, set at max. 50% PWM, 4khz could endanger the engine?

Not too sure on your English but if you are saying can you drive a 6V DC motor safely at 12V and 50% PWM the answer is yes.
Got better. I had concerns about the possible sparks from the brushes. These are:
Arduino UNO
4 cell LIFEPO/12Ah in series
