i am building an rc boat and my brushless motor started making a strange sound when i placed my electronics on the boat. It wasnt making this strange sound before.Also the sound isnt continuous. It sounds like a photocopy machine xD. Anyone have a clue what it might be?

What is the motor driving?
With all the information you supplied including a schematic, a picture of the installation and the code I will take a SWAG and say it is electrical/electronic noise generated by an improperly bypassed and grounded system.
Does the motor actually work? If so I wouldn't necessarily worry, its likely an artifact of the driver electronics.
If its not working then clearly there's an issue - double check all connections are present and rock-solid.
