Using the exact same code, pins, MC33926 Motor Driver Carrier and 14203S009-SP DC Motor, my motor works when using a MEGA but not an UNO. I would prefer to use an UNO. Why is this happening?

I am using a bench top power supply.
Take a clear photo from close up, make sure it shows where every wire goes, that one
isn't useful to us.
I ended up figuring it out. Turns out all of my pins needed to be PWM.
