DC Motor

Hi

I need to purchase two dc motor that able to caring 15kg each and can get to a speed 8-10 km/h.
Can someone suggest ?
Thanks !!!

Oh, that's easy. Just use any motor you like and add a big gearbox. In worst case use a slope or free fall to achieve desired speed.

What does "able to caring" mean? What does the project look like i.e what are the motors moving/driving/pulling/lifting at 8-10 km/h?

Steve

Can you suggested on one ? I want to install 2 dc and to caring something that have 15kg some times up to 25 kg with 8-10 km/h.
Can you please tell me if this motor is ok for me

Hi Steve,
My goal is to build robot with 2 dc motor can pull something
Sometimes its need to pull 15kg up to 25kg
I don’t know which DC motor i need.

You are providing almost no useful information. So far I have no idea what you're talking about.

Draw a picture of your 'robot' and the thing it is pulling that weighs 25Kg. Is the 25Kg on wheels or skis? What shape and size is it? Does it need to be pulled up hill? How steep? Across rough ground?

Steve

Ok,
My robot that i want will pull something with wheels i need to build the connection between the robot to the wheel on the same high.
I need my robot will pull another robot on wheel(regular) with 25 kg max.
Im a beginner sorry for that poor information

ZahiTooz:
speed 8-10 km/h.

That's not for the faint-hearted. A 5k run in 30m is a pretty decent "weekend runner" speed.

Motor choice aside, that's going to need some pretty robust controlling.

I didn’t understand which DC motor i need to buy.
Like i say i want to build robot car that will caring other car with regular wheel with maximum 25kg, 15-25kg.

If you're new to this whole Arduino / robotics / electronics etc thing, my advice is put that project on the back burner for a while.

Get a small lightweight robot chassis with a couple of small motors, add a few sensors and get comfortable with the letting it drive back and forward on your driveway.

Something the size of a shoebox and a couple of 100g.

20+kg @ 10km/h will knock someone flying and cause some pain.

Learn with something smaller and safer; unless you're past that stage?

Hi,
Thanks but i don’t want to build a simple robot i have one of like the simple one with couple of sensors.
I want to build a new one, but i have difficult with the dc motor which size to get the result that i write.
Thanks

Any suggestions?
