how can I get a DC voltage (0~5 )
in an specific analog OUT ??

for ex, I want to get 4 (v) in PIN 9

You can’t. The “analog output” pins do Pulse Width Modulation. The closest you can get is a pulse stream that is at 5V 4/5ths of the time. A low-pass filter can give you a fair approximation of 4V.
