Dead chip?

Hi everyone.
I have a problem. I upload my sketches to my arduino mega adk using usbasp programner, because I have burned out the usb chip on arduino. This uploading worked well. Today I was uploading my sketchs as normally, but It took very long time. So I have plugged the programmer out (It still wasn't finished). Then I have plugged it again in and I wanted to reupload the sketch. But there was the first error: BAD CHIP SIGNATURE. I have restarted the arduino and recconected the programmer. But there was the second error: TARGET DOESN'T ANSWER. I have tried everything (check the cable, disconnect all wires from arduino, ...), but it still doesn't work. Is the arduino (or the chip) dead?

Can you help me please?
Thank you very much!

Just in case having more information will help getting your issue fixed, please do this:

  • File > Preferences > Show verbose output during: > upload(check)
  • Try an upload
  • After the upload fails you’ll see a button on the right side of the orange bar “Copy error message”. Click that button.
  • Paste the error in a message here USING CODE TAGS(</> button on the toolbar).

Here is it:

avrdude done.  Thank you.

One more note: when I connect power to pins Vin and GND Arduino starts weird whistle (on pins + 5V GND not).

PS: Sorry for my english
