Debounce interrupt pin, pullups on, res/cap combo?

Hi,
Trying to debounce a pushbutton switch on interrupt pin 3, Seeduino board with simple resistor/capacitor combination, need guidance on res/cap values and circuit diagram as unsure if I'm hooking things up right. Pin set for input, pullups on, switch pulling to ground. Have tried some resistor/capacitor combinations but with little improvement..

Sorry, I can't see a schematic for debouncing a pull-down input let alone the ball park res/cap values needed, can you...?
