I want the data be sent to my computer throw a USB cable.
- I don't want to use a separate sensor system, because my idea is to create a basic, low-cost measurement device. That means that my product have to be able to take all the data easily and fast as posible.
This may come as a surprise but we have no idea where your computer is (physically) in relation to all these locations you speak of. If you want to build something wireless , wouldn't it be a could idea to include that information in your post title , which by the way tells us ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about your project. (It sounds like what you're proposing would require a GSM link). Let me explain how this works, in case you haven't thought about it. There are hundreds or thousands of people all over the world logging in to the forum and or checking their email notifications to see what the topic is. NOBODY KNOWS EVERYTHING (though we might try to give that impression) so it makes no sense for someone who's specialty is HARDWARE to bother reading a post about a SOFTWARE issue any more than it makes sense for a SOFTWARE expert to bother reading a post about an ELECTRONICS issue. So, what we do is read the post title and if it's "DOWN OUR ALLEY" so to speak, we read the post. Now YOU have created a post title that says NOTHING about ANYTHING. Should I read you post ? Well , for whatever reason, I did, thinking perhaps that it would require some electronics, (my area of expertise). and I see this:
I'm developing a device to measure: light, temperature, humidity, sound and air-quality. The sensor choice is almost complete. But I have problems to decide how I'm going to take the measures. First, I though of using a servo to take different values, but now I'm thinking of using a portable device such as a lux meter, but with all the sensors.

Did you list the sensors you have chosen ? What is the likelyhood that anyone knows everything about all sensors ?
If you list the sensors you have chosen, perhaps someone will think "hey! I've used that sensor . I can help him."
But I have problems to decide how I'm going to take the measures.
Did you explain the nature of the problems you are having ?

Now your getting somewhere . See we all know EXACTLY WHAT DEVICE YOU NEED . It's called a TRI-CORDER. Ensign Chekov used to use one all the time. I think they sell it at RadioShack.
