To be fair to the OP, I have also had this same problem before and file size did not appear to be the issue. Taking a second photo of the same scene with the same settings produced a file that was a similar size but acceptable to the forum. Never did find out what the forum's problem with these photos was.
My pic isnt to big too. Its 3kb big. So that shouldnt be the problem too.
