Decoding universal car stereo steering remote using arduino

I am planning to buy a set of this universal car stereo remote kit with receiver, and decode the receiver output using arduino to make a custom remote.
The receiver has 3 wires, +12v, ground and signal.

Can someone help with how do I connect the signal wire to Arduino and to see the receiver output in serial monitor when the buttons are pressed?

Pictures attached.

Do you have any more information about the 'universal car stereo remote kit', such as a datasheet, or even a link to the manufacturer's/seller's website?

Without that, any answer would only be guesswork.

I just found it in amazon.in
Looks like it is imported from China and branded by some seller in amazon.in

Sharing the link, incase it helps

I had a look at the link you posted, I couldn't find anything in the line of a datasheet. So no telling what protocol is used out of the receiver. It is not necessarily Serial, I would say. I presume you don't have access to a 'scope?

You might want to look at https://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=716390.0

It seems there is a CAN Bus library for the Arduino. Maybe this device talks CAN protocol, in which case you should be able to use the CAN Library to decode it.
