Deek-Robot nano v4.0 drive program issues

lately i bought a cheep chines copy of the Nano which uses a Profilic PL-2303HX USB-to-Serial chip instead of the FTDI FT232RL.
when I install the Profilic PL-2303HX drive, the serial port in the tools is grayed out and i cant upload my sketch to it, also in Device Manager the Device Status is (This device cannot start. (Code 10) A device which does not exist was specified.).
When I install the FTDI every thing looks fine apart from when I upload my sketch "the serial port is already used" error shows up.
the L LED is blinking there for i think the chip is fine.
and i am using Windows 8

any ideas what i should do?

Have you tried asking your question at the cheap Chinese copy forum?

I did contact the seller, no replay yet.

I found some people that bought Deek-Robot products and didn't face any problems, also there is a comment at the end of the Arduino Nano page that says that the product is fine.
