hi i have defender tdci cluster can bus and i change the engine and the rev counter temp gauge oil lamp and alternator works with can bus do you have a board to convert from analoge to can bus or something else? thanks

  • i have defender tdci cluster (Landrover 4WD Instrument Cluster)
  • can bus (It is CANBUS based)
  • and i change the engine (I swapped the engine)
  • and the rev counter temp gauge oil lamp and alternator works with can bus (The instruments are CANBUS but the engine is ANALOG)
  • do you have a board to convert from analoge to can bus or something else?

Sorry, but you need to reread your posts and do it from a point of someone who has NO IDEA what you are talking about.

The instrument cluster will be connected to an ECU, that is probably designed for that model vehicle and engine.

Your easiest solution is to get the cluster that went with that engine.

Can you tell us your electronics, programming, arduino, hardware experience?

With CANBUS in so many more vehicles, FORWARD thinking is needed when considering engine swaps and mods.
