Delay required DIN ws2812 connection (Solved)

I am using ESP 01 to control a ws2812 strip, used ws2812fx library, and ws2812fx_webserver sketch.
the thing is if i connect DIN to GPIO2 first LED is white and second LED is green. and it stays at there nothing happens and web server wont boot up, wifi cannot be seen, built in LED won't light up.
but if i disconnect DIN from GPIO2 power on circuit and then connect DIN to GPIO2 everything is correct and working as expected.
i have to add i tried to add a capacitor or a resistor to make a delay but didn't helped.
i need to solder this wire, what should i do?

I added 2k7 pull-up resistor and it fixed.
