okay so according to New Ping Docs the trigger and echo can be on the same pin? are they saying just tie them together? that would be nice.
There are a few ultrasonic sensors that use only one wire for the trigger and echo pin. If you have one of them, NewPing can read it.
It is NOT saying that you can just solder your trigger and echo pins together.
