I ordered on 11 oct and delivery was predicted from 26 oct to 17 NOV so it is still in the bracket.
Normally i expect delivery in anything from 3 to 14 days though. Never been longer than this.
It's low value and have ordered another elsewhere as the wait is problematic..
I wonder how common this is and why there is such variability.
Most orders here arrive around 30 days. China to Canada.
I think it's all to do with how long it takes the container ship.

The delay for surface mail can be anything from 70 to 180 days as i understand it.
I have experienced it from USA to UK in the past (6 weeks) .
Packages i described have always been air mail though.
Great variability in delivery dates though.
UPS etc can be faster but seem to spend a few days time in Colorado customs, i am in the UK.
Average 25 to 45 days here in Canada with overland post from China and occasional nothing at all.
Some companies may issue a tracking number but EBay have even admitted there are bogus tracking numbers from some companies but fail to to deal with those sellers.
Yes this appears to be a bogus one.

If you got it from Ebay then open a dispute and they have been pretty good at issue refunds for bogus tracking numbers.
If that fails open up a paypal issue (if you used them) or a credit card issue.
Have used all the above and even outside the stated periods to get refunds but I had to push pretty hard.
Also putting in any very negative comments for the seller in the various EBay forums can quite often get a result too as EBay has a "NO NAME OR SHAME" policy !

Have to wait another 3 weeks though for a replacement, that's the real problem though.
Make sure you also FWD any messages to the sellers to yourself in email form as a backup reference to times and dates !
It wouldn't be the first time EBay users have seen messages dissapear !
NEVER ask for a replacement...Quite a lot of the time they never arrive.
Get the money back and order elsewhere is your best bet.

Another odd thing although i had a tracking no the package says specifically , not tracked sorry , UNTRACKED.
