Deploy ARDUINO SILENT with SCCM

I'm trying to push out Arduino application as quiet as possible with SCCM deployement.
I have a prompt window security regarding the DRIVER signed by the authority of Arduino

Would you like to install this device software?
Always trust software from INSTALL or DON'T INSTALL

This is quite a probleme for us having to install the application over 200 computors.
we are the very large school bord having 32000 computors and the lisences with multipicate quite fast.
Teacher switching form class will also multiplicate the driver installation.

I'm interrested in How Arduino answer to help on massif deployement... Other application like LEGO has included there Driver in there packages.
