Design and implementation of a surveillance agricultural robot

Hi guys, I need help with this project
Design and implementation of a surveillance agricultural robot in the form of a car.
Which allows for the following systems:
-Detection of plant diseases and pests.
-Measurement of air and soil conditions.
-Evaluation of crop growth.
-Spraying mechanism for applying chemicals to crops.

This is not an Installation and Troubleshooting question.

I don’t think you’ll do it with an Arduino or without amazing skills .
How do you detect plant disease ?

The design would naturally include a well equipped agricultural disease diagnostic laboratory. Solar powered. :wink:
