Design of a robotic hand with arduino and deep learning

hello everybody,
To start I'm a beginner in the world of Arduino, I would like to design with a robotic hand controlled by a sensor fsr 408 and 5 dc-12v motor but I don't know which card to choose to use it at best with the possibility to use an AI integrated to the microcontroller.

I used a simple Arduino nano that works quite well but now I would like to integrate an AI to improve the concept, I use the fsr 408 sensor that surrounds my forearm to detect the volumes of muscles solicited and translate it to the engines.
