Yes , I have one of these - it identifies the component type too - extremely clever would like to know how it’s done too !
If this is a University project , you’ll need to show your research , what measurement options were possible , which you decided on and why . This will involve a detailed look at the characteristic of the components and working out how to measure these parameters and have references for this .
I don’t like this type of questions on here , which IMO , shortcut this process .
University is to teach you research methods more than results, when later at work you’ll need to know how to investigate stuff as there won’t always be someone to ask , that person should become you .
Oh and ……You should also review what’s available commercially and what new benefit your design will have .
