Designing GPS+GSM dispositive with ATMEGA328 bootloader and Quectel UC20 chip

Hi! I want to present a Project of GPS+3G in my university (UNAM) using Quectel UC20 module, and the arduino uno, I have 2 questions:

  1. How connect the UC20 to the arduino Uno board ( My teacher suggest use only the RX an TX ports of the arduino to send and recieve information) ?

  2. Do I need 2 RX and 2 TX serial ports (4 ports in total), to could activate the GPS and GSM function of the UC20? I should multiplex the connections in the arduino, or is posible have the GPS and GSM connection only wiring pins in the UC20 and conect that to the only two ports of the arduino (RX and TX) ?

hi use arduino mega have a 3 serial communication and using at commands right rabud rate for UC20
