Guys,
I am new here and also new to electronics. I am studying about op amps now. I want want to make a LPF using op amps which will block frequencies greater than 10 GHz. How can I make that LPF?

You would be hard pressed to find a op amp that could pass a 10Ghz signal, so I would see little need for such a filter. Could you verify that cutoff frequency requirement please.
Once you do get straight on your real cutoff frequency requirements, here is a handy on-line active filter program that may be of help to you: Sallen-Key Low Pass Butterworth Filter Calculator

Wiring at 10GHz is not a thing for a beginner. Even working at 10MHz is a challenge.
