Hello professional!

Arduino noob over here.

I am trying to make a project with radio wave transmitter and a receiver.
the question is:

If there is a radio wave transmitter transmitting radio waves in a particular frequency, with the receiver we have, will we be able to find the direction of where the radio signals are coming from? For example I have a radio wave emitter in a place and I have a receiver in my hand with a screen. Can the screen show the exact direction of the emitter like a compass trying to direct me to the emitter?

Static RFDF has multiple antennae receiving and processors calculating the difference of the arrival time of signals at each antenna. I do not know how this is accomplished.
