Hi!
Basically I want to detect when I touch two of my fingers. I measured my body resistence, but is almost the same between any two points on my body (also it is not stable reading).
I want to do something like this - YouTube .
Anyone has any ideeas how I could detect if i touch my own fingers?
Touch where to where exactly?
One finger touch the other finger. Both fingers are mine 
The tip of one with the other's one tip
Put a metal contact on each finger setup like a switch (Maybe as part of a glove) with wires running back. When they touch, there you go, it closes the circuit.
As for measuring if just your fingers touching versus not in some other manner, I don't think there is a simple solution, since it would require some sensitive equipment and careful measurements..
