Looks like your DFU chip went stupid. Try this:
It hasn't been updated for the R3 boards, but all the firmware is in your Arduino IDE:
arduino-1.0.1\hardware\arduino\firmwares
Skip the 10k resistor if you have an R2 or R3 board (haven't found a board that needed it yet).
