Suppose if i make a program and test it on successfully on Arduino board. Now i want to commercialize the product with same program how i am suppose to do that.

Have someone adapt the design for your needs. Say you had an Uno and your design needs some extra hardware added, and didn't use some of the Uno bits & pieces.
Someone like me would take your design, customize as needed, add your product name/website/model # whatever to it, have bare PCBs made and the design populated, program it, or send to you for programming, and installation into your enclosure.
