Device Offline even connect USB and open Agent esp32

Hello, I was new to Arduino IoT cloud.

I have a problem that when connecting the device to the Arduino IoT cloud, There were no responding and It said my device is offline.
I already open an Arduino Create Agent and Connecting everything.
but when I open the full editor and select Board&Port using my code and run its work to my esp32.
I think that it's about the device Type that I add to is wrong, I choose NodeMCU-32S once.

any way to make it online or something?

some information:
I used Azdelivery ESP32 DEVKIT C V4.
My USB was some random form convenience store.

I have the exact same issue.
Did you find a solution?
My ESP32 is some clone with CP2102 USB to UART bridge controller.
