Device Setup Error: NANO 33 IOT

Hi. I've been trying to setup my nano 33 iot several times but it always fails.
I am running on Windows 10, Chrome.
It usually loads for a long time at Step 3: "Updating Connectivity Module Firmware..." and pops up an error message:

We were not able to configure your device

Something went wrong!

Please try to:

  • Restart the Create Agent on the computer.
  • Reconnect the device to the computer and make sure the power LED lights up.

While it's trying to load, the Arduino Create Agent shows this:
