Device that measures resistance, or capacitance

Note: I suggest using a potential divider circuit to allow you to measure the resistance or capacitance of the unknown device.

  1. Your circuit should be able to detect if the device you are measuring is a resistor or a capacitor

  2. Your device should then measure the resistance or the capacitance

  3. The device should have LED output to show that it is measuring and to show that the measurement is finished.

  4. The device should send a serial message back to the computer giving the resistance or capacitance of the device.
    Hi. Never coded much before all this, could use a hand. Have managed to measure the resistance of various resistors, can measure the capacitance of the various capacitors, but cannot code the two of these circuits together. Is there any ideas on how you would use both in one?
