Devices inconsistently connects to Iot Cloud

I am using Arduino Nano 33 IoT and my devices connects to the WiFi but does not connect to Cloud. What is weird is that is has previously connected to Cloud before and no changes have been made to the code, just powered it up again. Devices are shown offline at the Devices tab.

I have tried this using the default blink sketch and my own sketch. Both codes works sometimes but more often does not connect to Cloud and stays Offline so I'm sure its not on the code.

I am not sure whether which layer the issue is.

Try to update the firmware following Use the Firmware Updater in Arduino IDE and make sure that Arduino Create Agent is updated and running.
