DFU problem how to fix?

I have asked about my DFU problem in another thread

that thread seems to being ignored so I'll try again.

I could not get anywhere using the local IDE so thought I'd try the Cloud.

I could only get results on the Cloud if I went into bootloader mode.

Still getting the same DFU error.

An hour is not "being ignoted." Now, to show what happens when you create two threads...
It looks like the file you edited on the other thread is broken or missing.

So how do I add it?

I tried:
#include once and it compiled.
But subsequently it does not work!
This doesn't seem like something a user needs to add.

On the other thread I had not had a reply since you replied two days ago. That is what I called
being ignored.

On the Forum, the heading "New" show a view count and reply count. If someone bubbles their "reply" count, smallest on top, then your topic might be close to the top. The Forum ask not to use "bumping" or "multiple topic/same subject" as that takes time to chase down. What you can do is add more identifying information (for your issue). Try sticking with one topic and just wait. I like using waiting time to read and experiment.

I see I am not the first to have a DFU problem.
I seem to remember years ago having this same problem, of course on a different computer.
I would think there is an easy answer.

The solution to the DFU problem, probable just a workaround not an actual fix
is to put the Giga in bootloader mode.
