Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status 74
When the sketch finishes compiling and tries to start the upload, the green LED starts a quick fade-on fade-out blink and then the Giga R1 drops off the COM port connection.
After a few seconds the Giga R1 reappears on a different COM port.
For example, when I initially connect it is on COM10, but after the failed upload it reappears connected to COM14.
When I hit the reset button the Giga R1 goes back to COM10 running the default tri-color blink program.
Hi @ptillisch - I will let you know as soon as I get my Giga board back from a colleague who really doesn't want to give it up since it is such a great product!
Hi @ptillisch - the permissions solved my ability to upload sketches to the GIGA R1 but there is still some funny behavior.
My GIGA is attached to COM10, but during the upload it changes to COM14, then back to COM10 again.
After a sketch uploads it also thinks it's still trying to upload even through the sketch is already running.
Pressing the RESET button also disconnects the GIGA from the COM port momentarily and then reattaches.
And there is the DFU certificate error.
Here is a screen shot after an upload is complete...
