Hello.

I am using DMG80480c070_03WN.
I am contacting you because of an intermittent problem while using the product.
The product is working normally, but the screen suddenly freezes very intermittently.
After this phenomenon occurs, if you turn the power off and on, the UART communication operates in echo mode for about 5 seconds and then there is no response. For example, if you send 'abcde', the ack returns as 'abcde'.

In this case, you can restore it to its original state by resetting the firmware with the SD card.
The version is as follows.
SEND: 5a a5 04 83 00 0f 01
RECV: 5A A5 06 83 00 0F 01 35 22
Did this problem occur in this version?

Will updating the firmware solve the problem?
Can you tell me the cause?

Here's an addition. From my testing, if have a problem with the LCD and reset it immediately after going into echo mode, it will respond the same no matter what bps you set.

it is not Arduino product. Why did not you contacted DGUS support?

I posted this because I thought there might be a similar, though not identical, situation when connecting Arduino and LCD. I also saw users using DWIN LCD in the post, although the situation is different.
