DH11 On a Mega 2650 need help converting from C to F

Hi im new toe the adruino ive have one for some time but haven’t really gotten into it till now

I have a DH 11 sensor and a Mega 2650 the sensor works with this code i would like to change the out put data from C to F
This is the code im using that works on my Mega
ive seen on other pages a code to insert but i have no idea where i would incert it here
