Uses DHT stable library. mine DHT11 also didnt worked with newer version gave same error, but worked fine with stable library
download as zip and used DHT stable library.
Mine also seems to be stuck at 20-22. in phase of confirming. tried both libraries and pullup resistero value (10k and 5K) too.
a bit disappointed so i have placed it infront of fan 
to check if it changes reading as per local weather
