First of all I am really a newbi in this all and im trying to make my first project. Now i have some wiring in a drawing and i hope i am in the right direction. could someone verify for me please?

So you have a lithium cell charger and a boost converter to get 5V to power an ATtiny? Looks OK to me.

that are the next to components i am figuring out yet.

I'd be concerned that an ATtiny would not have enough memory for the graphics library needed to drive the OLED display. You may have to switch to an Arduino Nano or similar.
