Did I break something on Nano33 BLE

Just received Nano33 BLE and plugged it into the laptop with the Arduino IDE. When I plugged it in, a green LED illuminated, the tri-color LED went through a rainbow illumination sequence, and the amber LED flashed repetitively.
I wrote a version of Blink to flash the Red, Green, Blue LEDs & uploaded it. It seemed to work.

I shut down the system and reconnected it a while later, now I don't get the initial LED dance and the periodic flashing of the amber LED, it just seems to run my version of blink.

I assume this is normal behavior?

Does the Nano come with a preinstalled test program? and when I down loaded my blink program, it overwrote the existing program?

Where can I get the program that was initially installed on the Nano?
Thanks

Yes, normal.

Where can I get the program that was initially installed on the Nano?

Ask the distributor. Or accept the challenge to write it yourself. You may learn a lot.

thanks
I already know a lot. I don't understand why you gave a snarky response.
In dealing with this particular product the out of the box behavior is unclear - just wanted some clarification because the behavior has been different from the other 10+ products of this type I have used.

Response edited. Have fun with your project!
