Did I frie my Arduino UNO r3?

Good afternoon,

I have an arduino uno r3 and I have oversuplied the 5v pin with 15v or so by mistake, because the voltage source was badly calibrated, and it did shutdown my computer three times in a row, while connected to the arduino, until I realized something was badly wrong.

The ON led still glows everytime I connect it with my computer eventhough I can't upload any sketch on it and moreso I've tried some tests I've seen throughout the forums, like the Blink sketch with and without the ATMEGA328P-PU and both failed to load, and still, the device is identified in the Windows USB port eventhough I was using it in a Mac when it went wrong.

Tried also to load the serial sketch but neither the TX or RX LED blinked.

In this case, could I repair it by replacing the ATMEGA or is it possible that the board is totaly useless?

Thank you for your help.

I've replaced the atmega328 and it's apparently ok, hope it's solved, otherwise I wouldn't appreciate throwing 30€ in the bin like that.

thanks for the help
