Did not find fingerprint sensor R307 arduino mega 2560

I've tried to connect my fingerprint sensor to arduino mega 2560 board, but I always receive "Did not find fingerprint sensor"

fingerprint pin1=5volt,pin2=GND,Pin3=pwn pin0(rxd),Pin4=pwm pin 1(txd).
i tried my many times to change pins connection and coding but result remain same i don't know what is the problem please any help .i will be very thankfull to you.

You can't use Pin 0 and Pin 1 for SoftwareSerial when you are using them for Serial.

You shouldn't use SoftareSerial on the MEGA when you have Serial1, Serial2, and Serial3 available. See:
