Did someone ever got an email answered by Arduino (company)?

We are a retailer for electronic modules and parts in Canada, and for already 2 years, I try to get an answer of the question "how to become distributor / retailer". The email address distribution@arduino.cc is what pops up in the disclaimer and FAQ, but this seems to be a dead end. Never ever any of my emails has been replied to. Same with the Arduino shop: I need to order higher volumes, and need to know about lead times etc., but emails will just never be answered?! Is this Italian or Swiss or German (or who the heck they are hiding) mentality, to better click on "delete" and get a fresh coffee, instead of answering email?? Someone with similar experience, or even better, someone got a REAL answer? Written from a living person??

perhaps need write email in language Italy?

This inquiry has already been addressed by our staff.
Unfortunately we deal with a high volume of emails, therefore our answers-time are longer than expected. In case you don't get an immediate response, we kindly ask you to follow-up on the exact same email, so there is a better chance to get a faster answer.
